GMNA ("GMNA", "we", "us") is a community platform for organising padel matches in Bahrain, available at gmna.app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Account details you provide: email address, display name, username, gender, and preferred playing side.

Gameplay data: your skill level, matches you create or join, scores you log, and the ratings calculated from them.

Device preferences such as theme and language, which are stored locally on your device.

To create and secure your account, sign you in using one-time email codes, run the rating and matchmaking features, show you relevant games, and improve the service.

We use your email address to send sign-in codes and essential account messages only. We do not sell your email or send marketing spam.

Your display name, username, skill level, and match stats are visible to other players. Your email address and any contact details are private and are never shown publicly. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure hosted database provider, with access controls that limit each account to its own information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

You can edit your profile details at any time from the Profile page. To delete your account and associated data, email us and we'll take care of it.

GMNA is not intended for anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the date above when we do.
